Bone Carving is used by many cultures around the world to express there traditions and beliefs,The New Zealand Maori as well as many other cultures held these carvings in high regard and were often passed down from generation to generation in the belief that the Carving or taonga(treasures) carried with it the spirit of the fore bearer.
Every piece I offer is handcrafted by me a New Zealand born Maori artist based in Germany and is of the highest quality.
